LaChell Miller Gayle, MS, RDN, CC
LaChell Miller Gayle, MS, RDN, CC is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Culinarian with more than 13 years’ experience. LaChell has a background in print publishing, clinical nutrition, public health, and as a retail dietitian. As Director of Health and Wellness at American Dairy Association North East, LaChell shares dairy nutrition knowledge and her culinary expertise with other health professionals and to consumers.
She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Culinary Nutrition at Johnson & Wales University and completed her Dietetic Internship and master’s at the College of Saint Elizabeth. She is a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, American Culinary Federation, and International Association of Culinary Professionals. LaChell will serve a 3-year term of President Elect, President and Past-President for New Jersey Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics starting in 2023.

Michelle Barber, MA, RDN, CDN
Michelle Barber, MA, RDN, CDN, has been a practicing Registered Dietitian Nutritionist for more than 15 years. Michelle has spent a majority of her career working in agriculture on behalf of farmers and ranchers. As a Health and Wellness Specialist at American Dairy Association North East, her focus is in child nutrition, for more reasons than one. Having experience and passion in the field is part of it, but as a mother of two sons, she knows how important it is to raise a healthy family.
Michelle completed her undergraduate education at Rochester Institute of Technology and received her Master’s degree and Dietetic Internship from Syracuse University.
