In “Sharing Her Dairy,” we hear from Phoebe Bitler, who spent her entire life in rural Pennsylvania, caring for her family and her herd. The dairy matriarch and her husband now share duties at Vista Grande Farms in Fleetwood, Pa., with their son and his young family. The family overcame the struggle of a barn fire with grace, coming back stronger with a smart barn focused on cow comfort. Phoebe believes sharing her farm life helps consumers understand that their milk comes from a good place.
