Francesca Micarelli

Soprano, Francesca Molinari is the Artistic Director of the Bel Canto Academy.

She has performed at Teatro alla Scala, Arena di Verona, Teatro Massimo in Palermo, Teatro Regio in Turin, Teatro Nuovo in Florence, Teatro Verdi in Trieste and many others, debuting many roles such as Violetta in Traviata, Lucia in Lucia di lammermoor, Mimì dalla Boheme etc …

She was the Winner and finalist of numerous Opera competitions. She has collaborated with conductors including Muti, Oren, Kovachev, Rizzi Brignoli etc .. and directors including Zeffirelli, Vick, Tiezzi, De Bosio and others.

He has numerous recordings to his credit including Nabucco with Placido Domingo in 2013 La Carmen by Zeffirelli in 2014 from the Arena di Verona.

She successfully specializes in artistic vocology at the University of Bologna under the guidance of Doctor Franco Fussi and follows courses in clinical vocology in Milan under the guidance of Doctor Silvia Magnani.

She has been teaching opera singing since 2013 at the Belcanto Academy in Pieksamaki (Finland) and since 2018 also at the Opera Studio Academy in Levico Terme, of which she is the creator and artistic director; she holds lectures and seminars as a Vocologist.

Francesca earned her degress with high honors from the G. Verdi Conservatory in Milan. She also earned her Diploma from the Academy of Arts and Crafts of the Teatro alla Scala in Milan.

She teaches Italian & French opera repertoire / scientific studies & scientific advice / vocal technique / vocology / vocal hygiene / acting for opera / diction / physical movement for singers and collaborating pianists.
